Refund policy

Return

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 business days.

Return Instructions

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) to avoid damage during transit.

  2. Once you request a return, we will place the return request on your behalf.

  3. If required, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
